If you mess with arcade systems or older consoles like the Genesis or TurboGrafx/PC Engine that don't output composite or S video this is the device for you. It takes RGB input through one of two standard ports (db-15 or 21-pin SCART-alike) and converts it to NTSC-standard composite or S video. Includes individual adjusts for Red, Green and Blue levels, as well as horizontal sync width and pixel clock. Also has dipswitches for several preset clock types. In addition it offers RCA audio outputs for the 21- and 15-pin inputs.
Bottom line: Converts most any 15-kHz (arcade, low-res computer) RGB signal to composite or svideo for use on TVs.
Comes with: XAV-2s unit AC adaptor composite + svideo cable plastic adjusting tool manual box
