X68Hard
The grey Expert system features the classic twin-tower Cray-inspired design the X68k series is known for.

It has 2MB RAM standard, so it'll run almost every game you can throw at it. Like all X68000 units it also has many other standard features, like a 3D port, TV control port, floppy + HD expansion ports, RGB output (and input), serial + parallel, 2 joystick ports, keyboard, mouse, mono line-in and stereo headphone output.

It has two expansion bays for extra RAM, ethernet cards or whatever else you need. It has two floppy drives, featuring the ultra cool soft-eject 5.25" drives the X68k is known for.
Excellent condition system. Includes everything shown: system, keyboard and mouse. This system includes 2MB RAM so it will play 99.9% of all X68k game and software releases. I'm not aware of many games that require more than 2MB. The mouse is the standard Expert type, featuring a removable cap for trackball configuration, side buttons for convenient access (It's a 2 button mouse with 2 buttons on top, replicated on the side), and a rotatable mechanism for 90-degree mouse action. The keyboard is original also, and features all the keys you'll need to navigate the OS, SX Windows and, more importantly, start and play games.

he X68000 outputs both 15 + 31kHz RGB, and the X68k monitor auto-switches between the two when required. While you can use most software on any standard VGA monitor some games will boot into low-res, and you'll be required to shift them into hi-res manually - A chore if you can't see! Buyers are encouranged to determine their own needs. If the monitor isn't needed you'll save a bundle.

Manuals for this system may be available here as well as a monitor if you need one. System discs, not necessary for playing games but handy if you intend to install a harddrive or mess about with SX Windows or programming, should also be available.

Please see here for a list of the mostly amazing games we have in stock for the X68k.

Shipping will be $90 to anywhere in Europe, Australia, and North America.
